Ordering, in plain terms.
How do I receive my plans?
By email. Once your invoice is paid we send the complete plan set as a print-ready PDF — plus DWG files if you ordered the CAD package. Most sets go out the same or next business day.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There are no accounts, passwords or saved cards on this site. You send a short request with your name, email and build location; we reply personally and handle the rest over email.
How does payment work?
After we confirm the plan and package suit your project, we email you an invoice. Nothing is charged when you submit a request.
What does the license cover?
Each plan set is licensed for the construction of one home. The CAD package also lets your builder, engineer or local architect modify the drawings for that build.
Will the plans get a permit where I’m building?
Plans are drawn to the International Residential Code, but every jurisdiction adds its own requirements — energy code, snow and wind loads, a site plan, and often a Colorado-licensed engineer’s structural review. Tell us where you’re building and we’ll tell you what to expect before you buy.
Can you look at my lot first?
Yes. Mention your address or parcel in the request and we’ll check setbacks, slope and orientation against the plan — or suggest a better fit from the collection.
